They have already tried Torres on a wing and it did not work at all. He just looks lost and clueless when playing on a wing. Similarly they can't play Drogba on a wing. If you want them both to play then they need to change their formation to fit in two strikers, otherwise one will always be on the bench.

Yeah that seems to be the problem that they can't play together because they are both such similar players and used to playing as a centre forward and neither seem to be able to adapt to anything else. Will be interesting to see if either leave the club end of season...

Drogba's contract is finished at the end of the season. Rumors early in the season was that he wanted one big payday but that might change now that Chelsea are doing ok again.
