First game I ever saw was Chelsea vs somebody on TV when I was on holiday in London at age 5.

From that day I picked Chelsea as the team I liked. Could have just as easily picked whoever the opposition team was or it could have been any other teams on that day when I switched on the TV, but it wasn't.

Can't knock a person who knew nothing about the EPL at age 5 for picking one of the better teams in the league.

Chelsea were actually good pre 2005. You know, this one guy, his name is Zola. They made the top 4 and Champions League regularly.

But lol @ the Man Utd in decline and nothing without saf. Heard it all before. We are nothing without Best, we are nothing Charlton, we are nothing without Robson, we are nothing without Beckham, we are nothing without Keane, we are nothing without RVN, we are nothing without Ronaldo, we are nothing without Rooney and now, we are nothing without SAF. Man Utd are fine and have never gone outside the top 3 in 20+ years.

Not that I have to justify myself to you, but I was given a Chelsea jumper by my cousin who lived a few streets from Stamford Bridge when I was 2. So I had no choice in the matter.

Thats what you said, no idea why you included the "if you know anything about football" bit when its not even close to being true. They made the CL like 4/5 times and haven't dropped below 6th in over 16 years.

They weren't world beaters. They were serviceable but far from European Champion level until post-2005.

1 QF, 2 SF appearances pre 2005. Ofcourse they weren't world beaters, they were just a small club from Fulham. RA put them on the map. However, I still think they were transforming and they would eventually made it big. That was the only direction they were going. They were constantly in Europe too.

We had a decent team through the 90's, couldn't crack the four till Roman but that's history now ;)
