I reckon I might leave it at this until I see actual starting prices when SC opens for the year.

My response to any "Hille is a risk" feedback is that Port need someone to back up Brogan, so Lobbe/Trengove should get game time early (Lobbe is currently prefered for the ruck according to Primus), therefore providing cover for Hille if he is not back for round 4 (when SC scoring means something when the leagues kick off).

Backs: Enright, Hodge, Drummond, Kennelly, Ladson, Josh Hunt, Sheppard (Phil Davis, Maguire)
Mids: GAJ (c), Joel Selwood, Pendlebury, Cooney, Green, Morabito (Shuey, Lewis Jetta)
Rucks: Cox, Hille (Lobbe, Jackson Trengove)
Forwards: Deledio, Pavlich, Franklin, Tippett, Giansiracusa, Dangerfield, Jack Trengove, (Bastinac, Gumbleton)

32 reads and no feedback. I guess I'll have to assume this is the perfect side and you're all copying it to claim as your own  ;D ;D ;D

Hi, I think it's a really good looking side.  I don't feel like adding it up, but how much dough do you have left?  The reason I ask is that the only thing I would probably change would be to have another premium in the backline.  You've stacked your forward line, so you could downgrade Tippett to a rookie and possibly use the money to upgrade Josh Hunt to someone like Fisher, Hurn, etc.  I like Gian more in DT, but no big deal.
As for David Hille, I must confess that in the opening few games last year, before he got hurt, I found him to be very disappointing - almost disinterested.  It may be that the days of the big lumbering ruckmen are numbered and that 5 years from now all the clubs will be recruiting Nick Natanui types, if they can find them, for their speed, leap, agility etc.  If Hilly wasn't  still in his recovery process I'd probably risk him because of his price, but I just can't see it this year.

Blueboys

lol - I might just copy this one too!  ;D hahaha

Backs:Strong
Mids: Pendlebury I would swap thats a personnel thing for me! lol
Rucks: Wait on hille to see how he goes.
Forward:  Gian injuries last year.

Overall a strong team, I would be happy with that team!  ;D

Dees for the Draft

Queries over Gia, Hille, Green

The backline has a lot of midprices, a couple have missed time in recent years through injury.

Other than that, looks fairly good.

The team is pretty good.
i reckon hille is worth the risk as long as you have decent cover.

Backline is good but playing the last 4 of those guys are risky.

Mids and rucks seem good.

In the forwards i agree with ronl. downgrade tippett (i would do it to buddy) and upgrade a guy in the backline. Buddy is just too up and down for my liking. Gia is a good player but i'm not sure how the dogs will use him this year.

Christos

Very nice looking team - exact same backline as me and only 1 different in the forwards.

I'm a bit gun shy of Cox after his foot injuries so think Sandi is more reliable although fully priced. Riskier but slightly better value for money is Clark.

I've only seen snippets of Morabito but I found him unconvincing. Probably depends on which games you've seen.

Nice work!

Thanks for the feedback guys.

I have $9300 left.

If I dont like what I see from Morabito I may instead go for Dustin Martin. Also I think I'll really regret not picking up Gary Rohan, just something about him, but I'll wait and see how he plays in the NAB Cup before going there.
