Can I have a clarification in relation to the Rookie Draft - Is it last years rookie draft or any years rookie dfraft.  If any expect a very late entry from me do not want to give to much away.

I took it as any rookie draft but if that's wrong I have a backup or 2

Another Pedantic Question - Rookie Promotions in National Draft are they allowed? They were picked with selections.

Breust was Rookie Promotion at pick 77 last year from Rookie List (hence my previous question).  If not allowed then substitute Coniglio
