Sustained a knee injury late into the fourth.

"Great result nothing serious, doc thinks 2-3 weeks but I'm confident I can get back earlier! Thanks for your support"

The Bomber

should be fine...hoping he is fine

Ringo

Sorry guys.  Just got home from the game and it did not look good. Knee bent completely under him.  Obviously we have to wait for full diagnosis but I will be extremely surprised if he is playing next week.

Hey it was the GAJ - what you probably saw was the earth buckling underneath him that caused that appearance  ???

Rule number one with Gaz... he's a freak.

Doc Larkins said Gold Coast have listed it as a jarred knee.  Also said he wouldn't have been surprised if there was some damage to the PCL given how it looked.

guess we'll find out tomorrow or monday on the damage, but im not sure i can have 700+k sitting on the bench for long

Noz

If his out for a length time you would have to look at him being downgraded to Barlow then bringing in a premium. Potential 2 premium players could be close to finishing off your midfield there.

Never good to see a player go down through injury though.

The Bomber

just looking at the video, looks as bad as what happened to buddy last year towards the end of the season...given next matches isnt be all and end all for their season, i reckon he ill be rested...should miss maybe 1-2 weeks depending on how he pulls up and feels next week...i honstly cant see him playing next week

barlow's bye is the biggest drawback for me getting him, but at his price and potential scoring ability he's maybe to good to pass up

Bennyy

I'm backing him to be fine. Did a knee last year and was subbed off early and finished the season as strong as any. Don't go making conclusions

The Bomber

im keeping him unless he goes under the knife...wasted enough trades on other injuries already

Locinator

His a tough nut! Did a similar thing last year and got a ton next week. She'll be apples next week  ;)

Can't find a video anywhere - anyone provide a link?
Found this though;

"24th: Ablett helped from the field after it looked as though Andrew Raines fell on his right knee. He bravely tries to go back on but is corraled by a trainer. The very last thing the Suns need at the moment."

How can it be than bad then?
