Got him in DT Pro...VC on him as well...will be happy if captain Boyd outscores him  ;D

I doubt Boyd will pull 180 out the bag

Overated, his scores are much too inconsistant.

Still in fairyland? 160-odd in his first then a 110-odd then a 90-odd and now a 175. Nuff said ?

Buddy, that applies for anyone! Pendles scores 62 after a 122, you could say that he's unpredictable as well.

im jumping on as soon as he is tagged out of a game. I reckon his price will be constantly moving between the 500k and 600k mark

You know that's a pretty silly comment mate... most people posting on here are talking about a players scoring history over several seasons, not just this season (although it's true that things can change and buck the scoring trends of years past). Pendles only had 1-2 games last year where he scored under 100... Stanton had probably 7-10, and he is renowned for smashing out massive scores and then all of a sudden stinking it up as he starts getting tagged or loses form. He killed me in 2010 when I brought him in after an awesome run of scoring, and then ended up scoring around a 90 avg for the rest of the season.

However, I agree he will be a good pickup this season, much like last year, and should score 110 plus. He will definitely be inconsistent though, and the thing with him over any super-premium is that you never know if he going to pull out a 150 or a 60, and for me considering I'm mainly interested in league (read: I have a fairly showerty team that is already way back in terms of overall!), he is a bit too much of a risk for me.

Good luck to those that have him though, and definitely be happy if you started with him. Just a word of warning to those who are thinking of jumping on him at his peak, only to to slip and fall down the inevitable crevasse on the other side!

Keep in mind Swan, Pendlebury, Magner and Stanton all clash bye rounds..

I'll have traded Magner out by then, so all I have are Swanny and Stanton.
