Not sure how many games Davis and Grimey Jnr will play.

Enright & Goddard are coming off career best seasons.

Fisher disappointed me last year - not sure how he'll go this year with Gilbert taking his role last year.

Move Ladson to the back line and bring in another midfielder - Cooney if you can afford him.

Bastaniac to the forward line and another midfielder (possibly a top draft pick to ensure they play a fair few games).

LeCras could be played only as a forward - may not be a great option (see players forum).

Roo has a knee problem and has had a limited pre-season - he's very expensive also.

Walker is an injury concern, but he's had a good preseason - no NAB Cup is a concern though.

Walker is out of favour and has been banned from the club for a month and NAB cup games so i doubt he will play in any early games.

As said before move Ladson to the backline and Bastinac to the forwards and Cunnington onto the field to replace Gumby. But having said that, Cunnington has a foot injury and will miss 2 - 4 weeks of training so keep an eye on him.
Shuey would be a good replacement for Bastinac in the mids as he's likely to play early on.

Also you could free up about 150k by swapping Morton for Palmer who should score just as well if not better than Morton, and then use the extra cash to strengthen your forwards or backs.

Overall this is a decent side but could be alot better with a few good changes here and there. Good luck!

sorry but your first version is better, your backline is fairly weak now and you're taking more risk in the midfield by playing 2 rookies.

with ur first team i would move Ladson into the backline replacing Harbrow as i don't think Harbrow has much upside.
Replace Morton with Palmer in the mids
Then use the left over cash to fill the empty spot Ladson left in the mids and replace Walker in the forward line.
Plus the other stuff i said about which rookies should be where.

The rest of the team was fine, just needed those few little changes and it would have been looking strong.
