Ok so I have posted a few topics this week regarding trade options come Friday night, and things have gotten worse. (Who would've thought?). Heath Shaw is set to miss 2 weeks with hamstring problems, adding to my list of injured players. Dempsey, Leuenberger, Fyfe, and now Shaw. Fyfe still might play, but if he doesn't, that will be one trade, as my cover for him is Hall/Dickson. Leuenberger will be traded either this week or next, depending on whether Longer is named this week or not. If he is, I'll wait a week to get him while on the bubble, if not, then I'll trade him. Dempsey I planned on leaving on the bench, with Morris covering for him, but now with Shaw out as well, Ellis will also be on the field with no emergencies.
This will be my team for this week:
Def: Goddard, Deledio, Broughton, Bugg, Clarke, Morris, Ellis (Shaw, Dempsey)
Mid: Ablett, Rockliff, Mitchell, J Selwood, J Mac, Magner (Shiel, Coniglio)
Ruck: Mumford, Giles (Redden, Leuenberger)
Fwd: Chapman, Martin, Fyfe, Porplyzia, A Kennedy, Smith, Milera (Hall, Dickson)

$83, 500 in the bank, 22 trades remaining.

Is this team good enough to produce a 2100+ score this week? If Fyfe doesn't play, Franklin is in. Should I trade Shaw, or keep him and field Morris and Ellis for the next 2 weeks (and just one of them when Dempsey returns). I honestly can't believe what has happened in the last week. Thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Trade Leuenberger for another premium. He's out for 12 weeks. I'd go Leuenberger > Longer and Dickson > Franklin/Boomer/Roughead because your forwards are pretty weak. However you could wait a week for Dickson to go up in price, Longer will be on the bubble and then you could also take your pick at a cheaper Franklin and Goodes will be available. Depends on whether you'd rather want extra points this week or extra money next week.

Depending on how many trades you have used, I'd keep Shaw because you have enough cover and still a decent enough backline without him.

Ive used 2 trades so far. I will most probably downgrade Leuey, and as I would be playing Giles no matter what, I'm ok with holding him for another week. If Fyfe has surgery and is out for the season, I am going to trade him instantly for Buddy. Not too keen on Boomer and Roughead tbh. If I do keep Leuenberger, I'm really considering going Shaw to Adcock, as it would free up a bit more cash, and be a bit more convenient for the bye rounds. In saying that, odds are I'll end up keeping Shaw, but if I were to trade him, that is what I would do.

Don't have any advice to give (devize's sounded solid enough) but just wanted to give you my sympathies.

Yeah I just notcied before. May end up upgrading Leuenberger, although I don't have enough (yet) to bring in sandi or cox. May end up downgrading someone else if possible
