The first 10
#1 - The first ‘home’ game in Sydney, 1982
-Naturally going to be the first one, i was 3 and dont remember it at all.
#2 - Midfield Superstars, 1986
-Diesel, Healy and Mitchell was a great engine room for the Swans
#3 - Club’s highest score in history, 1987
-What a game, 10 multiple goal kickers with Capper leading with 6. "thanks god" said the Eagles after defeating them by 130 the week before.
#4 - Warwick Capper kicks 100 goals in a season, 1987
-His best season by far, saw him against the roos and was amazing. First game of AFL ever seen and the way he flew, WOW!
#5 - QBE becomes major sponsor, 1987
-Thanks QBE
#6 - Ron Barassi appointed senior coach, 1993
-Got us back on track not our best year but we got some great recruits for next year (Barry, Lockett, Roos, O’Loughlin)
#7 - First win after 26 consecutive losses, 1993
-On the back of Osbourne kicking 10, we needed that.
#8 - Tony Lockett kicks 16 goals v Fitzroy, 1995
-Helped put Sydney back on the AFL map, thanks Plugger
#9 - Paul Kelly wins Brownlow Medal, 1995
-Well and truly deserved, always played his heart out and never let the club down
#10 - Paul Roos’ 300th AFL game, 1996
-A great recruit from Fitzroy, the Number 1 that helped fix our backline

#11 - Round 22 win over West Coast to secure minor premiership, 1996

yeh and he shouldnt have come back, he accomplished it all and coming back took some of that away

Also, I wonder how much money Kennedy was for the brownlow at the start of the year compared to now?
