Hey guys,
having problems with the fyfe trade..
My current team is
Backs: Goddard, Deledio, Scotland, Hargrave, Shaw, Dempsey, Morris (Ellis, Darley)
Mids: Ablett, Boyd, Pendlebury, Thompson, Magner, Shiel (Miles, Pfieffer)
Rucks: Jacobs, Giles (Redden, Stephensen)
Forwards: Franklin, fyfe, Sidey, Martin, Dangerfield, A Kennedy, D Smith (Hall, Dickson)

I'm ranked 6,000 overall, and am pretty happy with my team..
My dilemma this week is the Fyfe and Dempsey trade.
I think I have two options:

1) Swap Fyfe and Pfieffer, then downgrade Dempsey to M Clarke or T Bugg, then trade Fyfe to Murphy
or
2) Swap Fyfe for Whitecross and downgrade Dempsey to Clarke or Bugg

Really struggling here guys, would appreciate your advice.

N.B will definitely be trading Fyfe regardless of whether he's playing or not

surely option one bro, it basically comes down to who will score more. Also depends on your bye structure though

I'm not convinced whitey will keep up his 100+ average, more realistically 85-90, and Murph is one of the solid super-premium mids, could average 110-115...

Therefore if you choose option 1 you stand to gain approximately 20 points per week.

Thanks fellas.
M Clarke or Bugg?

Clarke. He's been pretty consistent so far and I reckon he'll carry it on.

ummmm... that my friend is a very good question... i cant split them  :o

#7
hmmm..

Bugg is priced @ $176 000 at the moment, BE=-21
-brings out some solid scores with all the ball he gets down back
-don't think he will get dropped/rested as sheeds loves him: "just get the ball in Buggy's hands"...

Clarke is priced @ $186 800, BE=-33
-collingwood backs have been underperforming but hasn't seemed to affect him much
-he won't cop a forward tag with heater in the side
-averaged 71 in '08 and '09, very solid cores.
-could compete with other players coming back from injury later in the year
-is probably gonna be conistent

both have upsides so i really can't split them - is money an issue?

Finally someone who has made a decision on Fyfe! I wil be trading him too and I like option 1. Clarke slightly ahead IMHO!

Thanks guys. Have decided to go with option 1. Subbing fyfe into my midfield then trading him for murphy, then trading Dempsey for Bugg..

Thanks for the advice, greatly appreciated.
