backs: no problems with that looks very strong :)

mids: again no worries there. cant really fault it.

rucks: still a little uncertain on maric but kreuzer is killing it

forwards: now this is where im a little uncertrain looks a little weak cloke is a concern no probs with danger and sidey dahlhaus could be anything and hale could be a very up and down

You seem to have a number of mid pricers especially in forward line  which may or may pay off for you.
Backs: I would look at getting Lids in if possible to strengthen.  Most teams will have Goddard and Lids as their defence pocks.
Mids: No real issues Nice unique with Cotchin
Rucks: Another Unique combination here, maric has been going well but can he keep it up and same with Kreuser but you have the added advantage of 2 nice rooks as emergencies making good cash.
Forwards: This is where i also have an isse as here is your weakness with Cloke as F1. Think you need at least one Franklin, Goodes, Fyfe or similar who will average 105+ in here.

Rookies are all good and will gain cash to allow upgrades.

Backs: Lids is a must have so he is one you should have high on your priority and I can not believe you have no Marty Clarke, he is going to be the best cash cow defender this year, looks a really good sort and fits in well in Collingwoods team.

Midfield is potent, like me you have C Smith, I see him as a slow money making cash cow, just like Bewick last year, maybe pick up McDonald or Treloar for him next week when they are on the bubble.

Your ruck department is OK I guess, cant see Maric as being a keeper though, there will be higher scoring ruckman during the year that you would want in your team, and you have Giles as an emergency scoring the same as Maric.

Your forward line is high risk, Jack Riewoldt should have been Buddy and Hale should have been a Fyfe/Goodes/Martin. That extra money you used on Maric in the ruck could have been used in your forward line.

Overall though IMO you do have some unique players, high risk I might add, but with a few tweeks you can get that team right.
First you have to get Lids and Buddy into that team and the rest should work out ok for you.

Thanks for all the input from the 3 of you, just to clarify that it is DEVON SMITH IN MY mid emergency department, yeah I am going to monitor maric's breakeven and decide when to get rid of him for an unknown and just put giles on field, use cash to either get as you all suggested lids or frankling!

What trades have you done so far?  I would sell Maric and make the Deledio correction now.

Only trades so far were to ensure that I had the correct cash cows who would boost my teams value
T.Ledger > A. Kennedy
J. Paine > T. Milera

I am going to let Maric rise in price then give him the flick but that mullet  :'(

Is a price rise really that important?  If Deledio averages 110 sc (which he looks like doing), your going to be left behind.  Orren Stephenson is also on the bubble this week, and looks to make the same amount of $$$.

An 86 average is not going to cut it for the price you paid.
