Go easy on him SammyH.
I think Ladson and Kennelly are good selections. Kennelly will slide back into the Swans defence and he is fit as. Ladson is training well.
Hodge is a gun player and a must have in your team, yes he had a bad start in 09 but gets big numbers.
Fisher their is upside to his value but can score well.
Smith will have to see in NAB Cup first.
I agree you do have to limit your risks and i wouldnt have A.Walker as already mentioned.

Good Luck Annihilator wish you the best.

Fair point, Kanga, but a DT man not following the papers or the last five years of footy frustrates me.

When you ask for help - listen.

I don't disagree that one/two of Ladson, Walker, Smith or Keneally will probably be a good pick, but all four beggars belief (even three is a stretch), recurrent injuries being what they are.

His guns are also injury prone, with the exception of Fisher, who is a yoyo.

If I was structuring a mid-level backline I would take reliable backs, Enright, Goddard, Doughty, Adcock, Mackie, add one or two of his value picks (I like Ladson), throw in a prediction or two (i.e. Birchall to get up there a bit now that he's not shouldering the entire backline and can start to run off again) and put a rookie in there (Sheppard seeems to be the current flavour).

I think as it stands it is poorly thought out, and in light of last year's backopalypse, a disaster waiting to happen.

But fair point on my criticism.  I get annoyed easily.

I know how you feel im passionate too about DT and SC and it can be frustrating with sleepness nights ;D
