Just heard an interview with him just then and he said they were just resting him for this game too make sure he was ready to go next week, didnt want to risk it

After I had surgery the surgeon gave me 8 weeks recovery before I could play footy again, every time I saw him asking if I could play footy he pushed my return back by a couple of weeks on multiple occasions

Point of the story, surgeons are really reluctant to give the okay for sport

Hopefully Fyfe will be able to play anyway

That awkward moment when you were out so didn't have access to DT, found out 2 minutes before lockout that Fyfe was out and didn't have time to trade him. Both he and Shaw are enjoying a vacation on my bench... Sigh

Fyfe, gun, but when he does play he looses so much value :)
can't wait to add him to my team!
but will hes even be fit?
vest looks likley next week and if he dosen't play may even go for surgery

Keeping him for now, hopefully he can recover some sort of form but I won't be heartbroken if I am forced into a trade.

surely Barlow coming back into the starting lineup means that Fyfe can have the surgery and there will be limited impact on the team
