big smokey mate no doubt.

there was a big bandwagon on him a few years ago, i think you are right tho. crows new game plan moving the pill quick rather than play chip to chip don back under craig has helped him.

well i just don't know with that one. i reckon he'll score well first half of season and taper off vs the good opponents.
not the worst idea i've heard mate, not sure if i'd have the plums to use a trade on tippet based on 3 games atm.

jasonweare

Thinking about maybe hold him couple weeks, Pendles looks to bottom out at conclusion of round 5 supercoach gold reckons. Would almost be a straight swap

Yeah, Im starting to think Whitecross again because he's played well against 3 tough opponents and the kick to kick play will raise his points. Very tough decision

Fyfe --> Tippett (GWS next week!)
Jude Bolton --> S.Selwood

Done.

And how did Kenedy for the eagles go against GWS? Nothing says big forwards will score well against gws.

Anyone thinking of Fyfe > Lewis?

whitecross has looked good so far. but i still wouldn't go there either.
personally, if fyfe is out for 3 or more weeks i've gotta decide on marc murphy or buddy so its an easy decision for mine as i've got cash and i can't go wrong with these 2.

i reckon i'll go for murphs and once porpz fattens up i'll upgrade to buddy.

mate you thought about sidebum? i've started him and i've been happy considering they have had 2 losses. with ball out he'll even get more time thru the mids. he is fit as too so good chance of junk time which really can't hurt!

Yeah Ive had a look at him, he seems to only just sneek in the 100's but as you said, more time in the mids = more points. Damn now I have 3 on my radar

Sidehole looks the ideal replacement - DPP / Ball's out / good team / cheaper too.

Tippett was only playing on Schoenmakers so hold off I reckon.

Whitecross looks solid but prefer Sidebutt.

So here's the team and the trading plan

Goddard deletio shaw broughton lake bugg Morris (Ellis bouman)
Ablett selwood Watson shiel magnet clay smith (Hampton couch)
Kruezer Macintosh (Giles redden)
Franklin FYFE pavlich MARTIN dangerfield porps Kennedy (d smith hall)

A few issues to pop up thi week with lakes possible suspension, fyfe injury and martins poor form. ..also have rookies to fix up in bouman Hampton and couch but currently I'm thinking of swapping both Martin and fyfe to the mids and bringing in two premos ie murph and pendles. The attraction of having Ablett murph pendle Watson and selwood in the mids is almost too hard to go past. Just means my back rookies are a bit slim and starting d smith Kennedy and hall in the forward line which scares me??? Any thoughts much appreciated.

Should I get Whitecross is dt and sidey in sc? Since hawthorn play kick to kick that will boost his scores much much more.

I'd strongly recommend holding Martin.

Trades are going to be so valuable later and Martin is a class footballer. Long season.

Hold your pre season premiums as they will come good - most of them anyway.

Murphy for sure.

Wait a couple of weeks for Pendles.

hannebery2rohan

where did you get the 230k or so to be able to do those proposed trades?

would hold onto martin though, would probably just do the fyfe > murphy one.

an option some people could think about is hold onto Fyfe this round, then next round trade out C. Smith to Treloar, pocket whatever cash you can make, then upgrade Fyfe to Pendlbury as hes going to drop quite abit, this still keeps your FWD, MID link.

I have gone in with no FWD MID link in my mids but thinking of getting rid of Ledger anyway. Might go Ledger to Treloar then have to decide if I keep a kennedy or treloar in mids or if I move Fyfe there and get in an extra mid premo. Already got Murphy, Ablett, Selwood and Watson.
