+1, with Hall keeping his spot I'll stick with him and ditch Dickson for Greene using the new trading rule.

Hall has shown some promise and dickson was always gona be dropped(in my head anyways).
Hall also has a much easier side to break into.

I did the reverse as I had little confidence in Smedts' job security. He's handy with the new trading rule you could bounce him between DEF & FOR most of the season...
