How much can you ever read into the positions? Broughton's another one, named on the ball again yet Mzungu is named on the half back flank and he's the one playing midfield out of the two. On the half-forward flank for Brisbane is Banfield, Broughton's likely opponent all night..?

Brogan has been named for GWS and Port v Swans this week means Redden only comes up against 1 recognised ruckman... is there an argument for starting Redden over Giles, or has Giles more than proved himself now?

Also heard twitter rumour Lyon not happy with Broughton.
seeing Silvagni named emergency wouldn't be surprised for another late out

Better hope they get the ball inside 50 a bit before he swaps to ruck

I hardly see why they'd fly him across the country to not play him. I think what's more likely is that he's the one donning the red vest, possibly even at half time like what happened in the NAB Cup Final. I'd still prefer to play him over Redden though and use emergency cover in traditional manner (particularly with so many GWS rookies - they play Sunday...).
