Well i won something

i may not of won the weekly prize,,but im in a group for "Crown casino poker room" and the highest scorer every week gets a $150 tournament entry, which i won and now in the lead for overall..
also the overall winner at the end of the year gets an entry to event 1 of the aussie millions+package worth about $1500,
so pretty happy about that, i guess now i'll have to go to melbourne this year after all,, footy+poker weekend looks the go :)

congrats Sir but the Aussie millions is on in January lol a lot of pro players from around the world come for it

yeah but the $150 tourny that i won is their sunday deepstack tourny, so i gather i can play that whenever this year..
if i win the event 1 ticket, i'll be freerolling plus im not to bad at the tables. i went to the Aruba classic in 06 where i met lots of pros,, hellmuth, duke,men"the master",devilfish,michael binger,antonio etc.
if Stewert Scott can win the aussie millions i'll give myself a decent chance at cashing in event 1(alittle luck wont hurt) ;)

cheers, now i just need to figure out what round to go over to Vic. maybe dons v eagles rd.7 at the dome, that'll be a good game.. considering port dont seem to be playing much in melbourne this year

yeah cheers.. im a port supporter,but i do like essendons style of footy and etihad is really good for watching the game(well i like it)though im sure its horrible to play on ,with the surface and all. also gives me 4 weeks to organise it

What? No. I was outside 1k. I want a top 100 round (this week) and I'll get into the top 100 players :D

Well done, are you mostly a hold 'em player? I don't mind the odd game, do you play online? With any luck I'll see you in January but then again if I relied on luck in online poker I'd lose every hand lol.

yeah it helps to be lucky thats for sure.. i play most of the games and hold'em is the popular form of poker atm. probably my favourite games to play(not saying im any good at them) is limit omaha h/l, stud h/l, PLO is also abit of hectic fun from time to time.. i do like the mix games online, as for live games theres really no choice because no one plays anything else but NL hold'em.
