i guess we could add it to the euro, you only want the agl limt rule so guys like JZ can take it. I think we should keep it within the normal rules.

well, partially, but its mostly because we didnt draft every player, so we lose a fair chunk of rising star candidates. Also, it makes sense, considering that technically none of 'our' players have played a game yet :P
