WXV Round 3 - Can New Delhi stay on top?

Missing my second highest scoring player through suspension this week as Whitecross is out for a week. Whitecross has been in superb form so far with scores of 98 and 133 so will be sad to see him out this week. Luckily Roughead is back and ready to step in to the starting 15 to replace him. Apart from that the team looks like it will be at full strength for it's clash against the Brewers :)

Here's hoping moloney can overcome his groin injury and captain franklin can get a huge score

In good news for the Pumas Whitecross decided to fight his suspension and won so is now free to lineup against the Brewers :)

Brett Deledio has shown good form in his first two matches, and although inaugural captain Bryce Gibbs is still well within Captaincy calculations, at this stage in the season, the Magpies believe it the right time to experiment.

The only other change is Ben Rutten making way for Nick Maxwell, who will make his debut this week. Tom Scully is on very thin ice, with Jack Steven making strong claims to be a starter.

Tougher week at the selection table with my squad almost back to full strength, except for key names Andrew Embley, Cameron Pedersen and Jarrad Rivers missing in action.

Sam Wright an unfortunate omission, with Jacob Surjan filling the third emergency role due to needed a back-up defender rather than another forward.

Very happy with how my squad is looking now though, but very short on defenders. Wish I had traded some more mids for defenders pre season!
