To trade or not to trade.......that is the question??

After some advice, not sure which way to go. Any feedback would be great.

My team is below and has $85,200 in the bank.

Backs: Goddard, Deledio, Broughton, Waters, Malceski, Clarke, Bugg (Ellis, Morris)
Mids: Pendelbury, Boyd, Ablett, Thompson, Conigilo, Magner (Shiel, J. McDonald)
Rucks: Mumford, Giles (Redden, Stephenson)
Fwds: Franklin, Fyfe, Martin, Sidebottom, Dangerfield, Porplyzia, Adam Kennedy (D. Smith, Dickson)

I would trade in Greene, although i would be reluctant to trade out Conigilo. Maybe shiel out may be a better trade.

Then i would upgrade Broughton to a maybe Scotland.

wouldn't be hasty and trade anyone yet ,shiel came off an injury and will get better same as congo ,as for broughts give him more time , be patient its only been 2 rounds  ???

Thanks guys appreciate the feedback, will sit and see what the final teams are. Maybe just one trade either Broughton to Hargraves, Conigilo/Shiel to Greene or Dickson to Milera. Thoughts?
