Potentially facing 7 donuts this week; with Scotland and Pendles injured, Horsely dropped, Spurr and Redden looking unlikely to play, and my round 11 byes.
I need more points in my team.
Sam Shaw (defender Adelaide), on the bubble. Now or Never for Mitchell and Watson, Stevie J and Cloke.
Not trading out Scotland or Pendles.
What do i do!!??

And who to captain?

Captain GAJ

Horsley > Sexton
McDonald > Cotchin
Scotland > MJ (Smedts link will save you donuts after the byes)

Take the rookie donuts from Spurr and Smedts

My two cents luigi ...

just carry Scotland for the 4-6wks, unless you're in the top1000 you're effectively just going for league wins (as well as maintain your overall ranking as best as possible) so no point trading him out as a premium you'd want to have come finals time ...

thinking outside the box a little, you could downgrade Horsley to Tom Mitchell (or Sexton/other rook currently playing, but not sure if that would give you enough cash) so you can upgrade Spurr to Grimes/Adcock(rd11 bye but just as an example of the price-range i'm thinking for you)??

I just think with 10 trades, if you go too hard in these MBRs you may not be left with much for the rest of the season - still not quite half-way yet are we?? :-\ ;)

Keep forgetting your going for leagues. I would still probably trade Scotland and tank R12 grabbing all the best premiums.

If your top 4 now, yeah you "might" be able to carry Scotland.

In R21 (finals)

Collingwood have Melbourne
Hawks have Gold Coast.

These are probably the teams to invest in, assuming no mass restings :D

I reckon it might be worth getting the Dane Swan now. You could also punt on Daisy Thomas.

Horsley > Sexton
McDonald > Swan
Scotland > MJ (i would get rid of him no guarantee's when he is back).

I'll do those 3 trades that you suggested the second time charliesheen (tbh i hated the idea of trading in Cotchin...)
I am all for using up my trades to get a team i want.

I can consider Shaw, Mitchell and Cloke to complete my team later in the year.

Who did you have as a captain in the end?

I was thinking Swan was in for a big one, but I don't have him so had Ablett captain :'(

I had Ablett captain in the end :'(
Also had Deledio and Martin letting me down.
While Sandi, Malceski and Redden got subbed.
And played with 3 extra donuts.
Scored 1683; rank 14,000 for the round, and went up 4000 places to rank 4929 overall! Also won all my leagues 8)

Currently facing 5 donuts, while there is all the chance that Darley, Sexton, Redden, Hall, Treloar, Pfeiffer could get dropped. I also have Sandilands injured on the bench. I also have Jenkins playing on the bench, so either him or Redden.
Have 7 trades and 198,800 left in the bank.

In my best team, i have 3 rookies playing, one on each lines (except for Rucks). Currently I see no good options to complete my defense, so i'll worry about them later. In the midfield, Watson, Mitchell, Priddis and S Thompson are all options to complete that line. And Nick Riewoldt, Cloke and Tippet seem good options to complete my Forward. But first i need to trade Sandilands.
Ryder, Goldstein and Maric seem the only good options left. Ryder (bye 12) is real good now, although I wouldn't have picked him at the start of the year. Goldstein has a low breakeven. And as much as I hate him, Maric (bye 13) is really good... Hale (bye 13) has also done quite well this year. Sandilands is also worth 481,200 as an FYI.

Meanwhile Crozier is the only boy on the Bubble, well him and Moore.
And also thinking Boyd captain this week, verses Port Adelaide.
Also, am versing tough people in all my leagues this week, so should be tough.

But I really need help on my trades this week, please help! :)

Right now I am thinking Sandilands > Naitanui, and holding trades. If you really want to gamble, can hold off and grab Griffin in R13.

Will wait for Thursday teams.

can i ask reasoning for Naitanui? I considered him, but then thought because I already have Cox. And i don't think Griffin is up to it, so not him. But Naitanui could be a good option, yeah but why?
