I had that feeling this season with Kerr and he let me down at a good price Im sure he can turn it around - but who knows its a risk and a risk that could pay off if you have him in your team for next season.

In regard to Vezpremi and Mayne - dead heat, but if I had to split them Vezpremi by a whisker.  I feel confident, if both stay healthy, they could have great years and average in the high 80's.   Vez is currently pencilled into my SC team, but I could switch to Mayne depending on pre-season form.

There is also Chris Yarran lurking and he could be the surprise packet.  Maybe this year's Higgins.

Ziebell, Redden, Dangerfield

Both will be good players Vezpri and Mayne this season and be in many teams thats for sure.

In relation to Ziebell, Redden and Dangerfield thats a tough one. If i was to choose one maybe Dangerfield he is on a good up after this season - gets the ball uses it well, tackles and can kick goals. I also like Ziebell be interesting to see how he responds after doing his leg this season and how he can bounce back but he is has started pre-season well.

Jesse Smith Rick Ladson or Tadgh Kennelly

Thats a toughie!! I would have to go kennelly if he is in the side for round 1
Smith is a risk because he is so injury prone but if he dsnt get injured you can guarantee he will make you alot of money.
with ladson im not sure how many games he'll play this year and if he has recovered from his injury from last year. But again if he plays he will be a great cash cow also.

dangerfield who looks the goods in pre season and has got his body right for a mid fwd type player
i dont think medhurst will improve his average
j.zieball back from injury and limited pre season
barry hall is a risky shot but i think dangerfield is the best out of the lot who looks to improve his average

Gilbee or Gram

Gilbee for me. He is a great performer as long as he doesn't get a tag. Last year he got a tag and his scores dipped. Gram doesn't get a tag but has way too many people to take points of him. Some other good choices at that price too.

Boomer for me. He is alot more consistent than buddy. Buddy scores are up and down and consistency is important in sc.
