As i said, its pre season and all this is just a rough idea at the moment
Im not set on some of my midfield

I think Chad's days as a pure premium may be over.

Your midfield needs Swan or Ablett to cover the captaincy.

Ottens still an injury risk.

Not a bad squad though.

Talia could get a run now that Andy Otten is out for the season.

Might be starting a few to many rookies in the forward line. Also as Hawks said, you might one a captain option.

D.Talia and P.Davis might be a good combo of back emg to go with as you would think at least one of them would play to cover Otten

I would replace T.Boak and get a gun in the midfield. I would also get rid of some rookies as already said in your forward line and I wouldnt have Rusling to injury prone.

I get the feeling Phil Davis is in the van to replace Otten. Talia will be given a season in the SANFL first. Also S.Burgoyne is a poor DT performer. Always has been and I cant see it changing now that he is in the brown and gold.

Especially with the fact he still hasn't started running yet. Someone like burger must be superfit or he is a no go imo, plenty around that value that offer a greater upside. I'd rather take a risk with Swift (simlar to vince last year).

One thing I learnt from last year is try not to pick players coming to the ends of their career or at cross roads, it can really blow up in your face.

I didnt even know he hasnt started his preseason yet so that makes him even less of a chance. How I would love to find this years Bernie Vince. Gone from ave just under 80 to ave 100 with a string of massive scores and $75,000 rise. Its the ultimate breakout. If you use Vince as a prototype, "he" will be in his 3-4th season and is about to mature into a gun midfielder. Well I have most of summer to dig him up!

Oh and one more thing to simo rulzz. You have chosen L.Jetta in your midfield. I take it you mean Leroy Jetta. The one from Essendon. You are kidding right? Are you sure you dont mean the new Jetta at Sydney who untried and unseen is a better bet than Leroy Jetta. Hell George Jetson is a better bet than Jetta. I suggest jettasing jetta for anybody.

Mcwarne, Lewis Jetta is the other Jetta. L Jetta. I don't think anyone would take Leroy.

Gotcha. Maybe then he may be better as a fwd. He is (I believe) a mature age type. May check him out myself!
