This is a very sharp double edged sword. I was keen to hold onto rock and back him in, his forward role was unlikely to last but now even worse concerns arise.

Black out and possibly Redden for 1-2 he's pretty much guaranteed time in the mids. Though with Black out does this mean Rock will get the no.1/2 tag? Rich + Rock? Will he put out over the next 3-4 weeks with this added pressure? Will he indeed return to a pure midfield role?

Oh the questions this raises :'(

I'm quite interested personally in an adcock, hanley golby scenario- adcock/hanley moves into the mids... does this mean golby slots into HB like in the NAB? is he worth holding onto in that case?

i don't know what to make of it tbh, doubt they'll tag rocky, he wasn't getting tagged last night - just wasnt interested and was playing mostly forward

im going to hang onto rocky and adcock/golby and see what happens

Brisbane's midfield will resembl the Giants midfield without Black, red-rock-rich are gun talented kids but BLACK runs that midfield like a general runs his army, could be a tough few weeks coming up but those three might get a few more possies each, if they can keep it together, loads of talent but light on for experience and a voice i'd reckon.

you have rocky in your mids cause he's a gun. Put faith in the bloke to live up to it, there is no one else left to carry the side and show some respect on the scoreboard so i reckon he will love the pressure thats been put on him and repay the dt guys who picked him this could only mean good things IMO
