And Darren Glass should play for a long time too

Justin Bieber

DazBurg

current day players closest to him

Fletcher - 348*

Harvey - 324*

Goodes - 301

Black - 297

so don't think it's gonna happen

Fletch74

Goodes is probably the only one that could even come close..

Fletcher should go past a few players this season on the all time list...

426    Michael Tuck    Hawthorn (426)    1972â€"1991
403    Kevin Bartlett    Richmond (403)    1965â€"1983
383    Robert Harvey    St. Kilda (383)    1988â€"2008
378    Simon Madden    Essendon (378)    1974â€"1992
375    Craig Bradley    Carlton (375)    1986â€"2002
366    Bernie Quinlan    Footscray (177) Fitzroy (189)    1969â€"1986
364    Brad Johnson    Western Bulldogs (364)    1994â€"2010
359    John Blakey    Fitzroy (135) North Melbourne (224)    1985â€"2002
356    Bruce Doull    Carlton (356)    1969â€"1986
356    Paul Roos    Fitzroy (269) Sydney Swans (87)    1982â€"1998
350    Doug Hawkins    Footscray (329) Fitzroy (21)    1978â€"1995
348* Dustin Fletcher    Essendon (347*)    1993â€"2011*

Never realised Blakey played so many games. Underachiever :o

John blakey played in 2 premierships and is in the NMFC team of the century hardly under achieved. Especially when 100+ games were played at fitzroy

Some stats on Michael Tuck, that will blow you away... :o :o

Career : 1972-1991
Captain: 1986-1991
Senior Games: 426 (Record)
Reserve Games: 50
Finals: 39 (Record)
GF: 11 (Record)
Day Premierships: 7 (Record)
PS/Night Games: 29
Night Premierships: 4
State Games: 11
Total Senior Games: 466

He only missed finals in 4 of his 20 seasons 72, 73, 80 and 81 :o

The amazing thing is that at the end of 1991 Hawthorn asked him to retire, but he didn't want to...

Probably underachiever was not the right word...

It was more the fact that I did not realise he'd played so many games, the others I had. Snuck up on the list...
