Is it too late for a 3 rook ruck strategy?

Mr Adams

(apologies for cross posting)

Currently have Mumford, Jacobs (Redden & Giles).

I can see that the 3 rook strategy could well have been the way to go from the beginning, but was too soft given my experience last year having Ryder stink it up in R2. Those with 3 ruck rooks are using those extra points on a premium to really get ahead early.

I was thinking of downgrading Mumford, bringing in the big O, and upgrading a rook to premo in my forward line. I'll give Broughton one more week.

Anyone else on the same wavelength here? Need to get my teams sorted for league wins.

Cheers.

Your lobked now I wouldnt burn your trades. You dont know what acts of stupity or injuries are around the corner. Orren not really a good cash cow.

nah dude dont touch it,, if the teams infront of you are going that strategy even more reason not too.
u wait giles will have a 50 point game and you'll have 2 ruck getting 100 each

picker_man

just going to waste another trade later getting another premo ruck back in so i wouldnt

Mr Adams

Ok good rationale.

Thanks for talking me down off that ledge.

Andrew

Stephenson definately not worth trading in. Mumford not the worst pick and I like the Jacobs pick, stick with it and just use Giles/Redden as bye cover/cash cows (who knows when your premos might get an injury/suspension also).

As a cats supporter O is not looking like he's not going to be a Pods. But you never know. Doh!
