Going For Weekly Winner

Should I wait longer before creating a team for the weekly winner?
Any advice on making this team more likely to be the weekly winner?
I do not care about league or overall.
That team would have scored like 2750 in round 1.

you have a standard team you are playing year long and want to create another to get the weekly winner prize?

not sure that is the coolest thing to do, 1 team is widely considered the honerable way to go, not my job to judge tho...

I will give you one tip tho,

1. the team that would have scored the most will be totally different than the team that will score the most in ANY other round so if you think you can pick all the best scorers you can afford that scored best round 1 and that will give you the same result in any other round - highly unlikely.

no i only play Dream Team and thought it would be a laugh to try and win the weekly in SuperCoach
this is my only supercoach team and if I don't win the weekly I don't care, just wanted to try it for a different challenge

nothing wrong with that mate if your just making this team for SC to win a round if its your only team in SC no problem there.

As I said think byes and dont think this weeks stars will be next weeks stars.

If I was going to do this i would look to trade rooks early rather than waiting for them to max out get 60 -100 k off each after 3 or 4 price rises and downgrade them and get in premiums leaving a team that has ZERO premiums in one of the bye rounds and thats your best shot.

but you won't be alone in trying it not for me i want the overall ranking more interested in that than league wins or prizes just want to finish as high as i can.

thanks, I am going for overall in DT but i don't have time for both SC and DT this year with school and sport commitments so I'm just looking to do this as a laugh

well as long as its not a 2nd team, then ok...
  wait until one of the bye rounds, that will be your best chance.  u pick all rookie price players for your bench(playing or not doesnt matter) then you just load up on as many top players as u can , and more so the ones that have easy games that week
