very true, but if Giles did ok against Mummy there's no reason for him not to do well against Cox/NicNat and Goldy/Hmac as well

Besides the fact he is getting double teamed by great ruckmen both pairings much harder task than mummy

Going Mummy/Giles over Cox/Mummy only lost 30 points yet saved 400k, which for me turned rookies (60) into Hargrave (79) and Duffield (86). That's a win there for the 1/3.

Well with Redden a lot will depend on team selection. If Renouf is named this week I'll go Giles but Redden chopped last week when not playing with another recognised ruckmen (sorry D. Stewart).

I don't agree. Yes, i see massive value in Redden and Giles but who would your other two be tho? Orren has been shower. Even if he averaged 40 in the next 3 games his price will only go up like 40k, and if he averages 50 its 60k.

Theres not much else.
If you have say Premium, Mid (Kreuzer), Giles and Redden as your ruck strategy and Kreuz averages only 80 over the next 3 games you'll still make 40k, plus you have his scores on the field. Personally i think he will average more.

And ppl will say if you go more rookies in your Ruck stocks you can use to extra cash in you midfield or other areas. But with the likes of Jmac, Shiel, Magner, C.Smith, Kennedy you will still get decent scores in you mids and make a lot more money than Orren.

This is just my opinion/strategy. i stuffed up tho and picked the wrong mid pricer ruckman in Hmac so hopefully he can lift.

Guys, Giles and Redden can't give 110+ That Mummy and Cox do most weeks. They can barely give 100+  :P I didn't go with them on ground only on bench if Mummy/Cox get's injured.

This is why i created this post so that we all can see the difference between the starting Ruck duo that everyone has chosen week in week out.

I hope choosing 1 prem/mid and 3 rookie rucks works for everybody but i didnt wont to go that way as i couldnt see Giles/Redden/Big O producing week in week out good numbers
