I didn't want to come out like it was horrible news. Like people have said it will allow him to go to other positions on the ground. Also Seaby tends to get the vest at 3/4 time when he shares with Mummy so Mummy dominate the last quarter after mucking around all game. Longmire is probably right trying to get another ruckman to verse Sandi/Clarke/Bradley (lol)

So yeah it may be a one off hopefully ::)

That's actually a very good point that I hadn't seen before.

I doubt Mumford will recieve a big limitation to TOG

Didn't you read the article? It's mentioned in the third paragraph...

Adz23

this is a good thing, his more versatile around the ground! it shouldn't effect his scores to much

i thought the idea of finding an "elite" ruck men was finding a big man who's mobile around the ground..

Capper

Thinking about it now i think that this may be the only game Seaby gets to play with Mummy as i think the Swans will use Pyke who is more athletic against the eagles and other teams like pies, Lions

itchytradefinger

Yep, it's definitely time to panic and get rid of Mumford. He's only had 118 and 175 in his last 2 Vs. Freo..... (in SC that is)

Cox shares with nicnat and does fine. Mummy is good at taking a grab and kicking a sausage up forwards. Not too worried.

+1 was going to say the same thing.  Cox tonned up and he shares the ruck with the most promising young ruckman in the entire comp.  Mumford gets a fair few tackles and he's a pretty decent goal kicker too.  Not too worried at all.  I thought this thread was going to say that Mummy was injured, so now I don't feel quite as bad, haha.

owenbond007

I thought when i read the heading mummy had injured himself or done a Heath Shaw. This isnt Bad news. He will rest in the forward line more than likely. I can see a few quick 12pointers for the big fella.

Surely no one on FF would have him in their team on purpose (not including auto picked teams) :o :o ???
