Sam Blease.

Sorry PB but he has to be the worst smokey I've seen this season.

so take another 25 point game from lake, if he gets named that is... bugger that he's gone
you know the old saying " burn a trade, save a whale"

Windigo

Doing what  I did last year. No trades for 6 weeks.

Based on one game though. If it comes off later in the season it won't look too bad. I have a habit of picking the right players at the wrong time. E.g. Nat Fyfe in 2010 and not in 2011.

Never ever do trades in rd 1 they can wait until rd 2, its the worst thing you could do

But if you make the correct decisions with your trades they strengthen your team. It doesn't matter if you trade in Round 1 or the finals - if you make the right call then you come out on top.

haha misses is watchin free willy 3 its like dajavou with the whales...
but no ive neva heard the saying haha :P

If going for League wins then trading 6 times in the first 3 weeks might not be a bad option. Gettting yourself primed for the league starts. :) Which is now my aim, overall is just pointless as i'll already be 400 behind.

How about "If you don't burn trades an angel loses it's wings"?

But you put the player in your team for a reason and surely it wasnt just to score well round 1, so trade as hard as you like but makes no sense ::)

I made 3 flowered up decisions with my team, now two of the blokes are injured and are unlikely to play. It makes perfect sense to move now and fix my mistakes rather than letting them fester.

Don't trade round one..

Trade round 2 ONLY if you need to get a rising rookie(next Barlow!) and oust a fail rook(ReltonR) before the cash rises.
No other trades are necessary really, only if midpricer/rook is gona lose money and you get a good one. Can't really think of any other reason to trade really except injury(L.Hayes).

flowered decisions based on what? fair enough if there injured and wont play next few rounds i agree get them out, but if its circumstancial at the moment just wait to see the outcome we havnt even finished the round yet m8

Jalapeno
