(Couch gives me a midfield DPP player and allows me to get Birchall for Adcock. I already have McDonald though so thats 2 non playing mids, but Couch can swap for Devon Smith)

Lake. Has the most upside IMO.

Swan + Golby + Clarke

Broughton + Shaw + Magner

Personally I don't think either are the best move. I like Option 1 more though because I'm not a fan of Broughton, although I suggest getting Magner.
