It's actually pretty decent IMO.

It's not average, it's good. It's not great, but it's good.

He has a pretty standard backline and spurr will be downgraded before lockout to smedts/sam shaw or a player who is named round 1 in defence.

I like his punt on NDS. I don't think it will pay off, but it is very ballsy. He came very high up in the brownlow on a streak of a few excellent games, clearly the doctor thinks with the saints high on confidence, that this streak may span a season and he is a nice POD.

The only pick I don't like is cameron over hampton but I understand that JS is valued more than scoring potential in most cases and that is what the doctor has done there. He started all the GWS rookies because he knew they were name and wanted points on the board rather than risk zero's because he hasn't set emergencies, which a lot of people forget come round 1. (I think he did that last year too in fact!)

I personally would have picked sidebottom (value) over gooes (upgrade target) but the lure of goodes vs GWS was pretty strong, so I know why he caved.

Overall, it is a good standard safe team, better than most (probably not better than most FF though) but worse than a few good amount of team too. He might not start with such a big bang this season, but top 10k is highly likely, not a bad effort at all.

I personally have 3.5 premiums, Boak being the fourth, and Coniglio is the only starting rookie on my side. :)
Similar structure to me, by the sounds of it (Mzungu and McCarthy with Magner).

i dont think its that bad.  he says he didnt think about byes, but there arnt any real big bye issues he has
personal choice on player X compared to player Y.. all'n'all its better than what i was expecting haha

and to the guy who says 4 mid prem is too many, man u dont want to see my team.  im in a whole world of trouble then

I don't like how this guy is saying don't start for 4 prem mids. What have you started Shiel and got 36?

Agreed whats wrong with 4 prem mids

It's better than a lot of noob teams I see, but since it's his job to be good at DT I think it should be better.

Dal and Heater are more SC players than DTers and Spurr is not a good pick. I also wouldn't get Goodes at that price.

Heath shaw super coach? Whaaaaa?

Tom_16

A bit better than i expected but still pretty average. i only count 13 keepers in his team so he had better not stuff up any trades (which he is bound to).

Bak2Form

i dont understand why so much negative feedback from it, its very similar to most ppls teams on FF. He will swap Spurr before lockout

Sleeken

His team is fine. He's meant to be guiding newer players (right?) so he's chosen a fairly standard structure.
