Boyd has been smashing it in the pre season and he is soo consistent and a captain lock week in week out but i dont know who to kick out of my mids if i want to squeeze him in.

*Pendles: Dominating pre season, gotta have a pie, cheaper than swanny
*Ablett: Can get some huge scores and a match winner
*Rockliff: The next swanny, and my POD
*Selwood: Superstar and at a very juicy price

Should i get Boyd? If so who should i replace?

should definitely take out Ablett for a POD!!!!



....or if that's too extreme take out Rocky. :P ;)

I have been struggling with this very issue, for me selwood is a bit underpriced and will average up toward  115, to those saying rocky has had only 1 good year, first year 80 s then 112 I am taking the risk.

Do you think Boyd is going to improve on 116 significantly?

I think keep rocky mate he is a good kinda unique and give selwood the boot.. Boyd will outscore selwood easily :)

Its personal opinon mate isnt that all any of us can have at this point... We cant see the future i just think boyd will be pushing 118ppg whereas i think selwood will be hovering around the 110 mark. Yeah selwood is a safer option than rocky but thats why everyones teams look the same.... NOone wants to a take a risk and be a bit different.

My opinon is drop all of them and get stants ;)

While I think Boyd can go to 118 it isn't that big enough difference for me to get him straight up, Selwood however can push 115 and priced at 109.

Stants is a good option unfortunately for me he can't fit in my side

Haha no worries.. I think boyd is a much better pick than selwood thou just have a gut feeling :) I see exactly where you are going with it thou and it may well pay off. But if you are after value for money why not go watson.. 492k for someone who will prob push 110-112??

I've got a MID/FOR in the midfield so I can rotate in a premium for the Thompson/Boyd byes. It's a real shame where Boyd's bye is, but I'm really wanting to start with both of them and one point against Selwood is Geelong's rotation policy... even though he missed all those games last season, Selwood won't avoid rotation completely. I'm also starting with Hayes and may well go Hayes -> Selwood when St. Kilda cop their last round bye.
