how to squeeze in another premium mid?

howdy guys...ive just been doing bit of research and ive discovered the norm is 4 premium mids! i only have 3 and am wondering what would be the best way to squeeze another premium mid in (thats if u think I need one)?


here is my team with 31k left

goddard deledio shaw broughton malceski guthrie ellis <bugg morris>
ablett boyd selwood caddy shiel magner <pfeiffer mcdonald>
mumford redden <giles stephenson>

The easy way for you is to move off Porps and Broughton to rookies and upgrade Caddy.

You seem heavy in the fwds, so the other option would be to lose Fyfe or Martin and upgrade caddy.

of course i realise that...but after i thought about it the 4th prem mid sounded like a good idea...no problen with that???

I only have 3 premiums plus Caddy in my midfield, thats where the cream of the rooks are although a lot of good ones can be played fwd also so if you really want a 4th mid premo you really need to take it from the fwd line. For me it would be Martin or Fyfe out for a rook and Caddy to a premium.

The other thing you can do is leave it all the same and just switch pfieffer for martin or fyfe and play them in the middle until you do upgrades/downgrades and move them back fwd then.

If you don't want to lose caddy instead of upgrading him to the premium upgrade pfieffer and get the extra cash by downgrading porps.

cheers for the advice...i think porps is too cheap too ignore tho! and if i got rid of g-brought then i would have 3prems + malceski, bit weak? i agree that I think it has too come out of fwds...but i thought martin & fyfe were locks! thoughts on downgrading danger?

thanks mate...yeah i have seen 3-prem + caddy in a few teams but i myself am not set on caddy, think he is more of a dt'er but could easily be wrong :D i agree with you that the cash has to come from fwds! but have never even thought of getting rid of fyfe/martin haha but now i think about it getting martin after his tough draw could work :) the other options are ok as well...will defintely consider

gonna have agood laugh when caddy is a flop and averages 55......move dangerfield on and upgrade caddy
