waters wont outscore heppel!!!!!!! but boyd will outscore more then enough over watson to cover it so go option 2

heppel will ave 90 a 6 point a game increase easy. waters will ave 85 yeah the diff isnt worth the extra cash but IMO the difference in overall pionts will make it
