I reckon option one but they both do have risks that could pay off, but one seems safer to me (famous last words?)

Id say Watson(110) + Shaw(95) + Gray (90)
         Gibbs(110) + Carrots(95) + Danger (85)

But i reckon option two has more potential of higher scoring and i love Gibbs.
