Heater or Broughton

Heater is one of your safest defender options IMO. U know he will be playing on the wing and sweeping off half back. Both fantasy gold.
I rekon broughts will start really well than will die off a bit when Barlow mundy return as he'll b pushed back to defense.

Yeah i had the same thoughts on shaw 2 m8 just dropped him a couple of days ago for hanley, I think shaw will have one of the highest ave out of the def players but think a few other cheaper guys will have a similiar overall points total or even more then him as surely he will miss a game or two....
Broughton havnt even thought of starting him this yr but could become an upgrade target if he has a dt friendly role once freo is back to full strength
So IMO id stick with shaw or look at a few other cheapers options and mayb look at upgrading to broughton later on....

Both options are reeeeeeeally good. Even if Broughts is moved to defence, I can still see him scoring well if he plays to Lyon's gameplan. It's the difference between averaging 100+ and 85+ You'd take both of them

if you can afford it get shaw, i want both but cant afford both. If you can use the cash elsewhere to advantage get broughts if not shaw is the better option of the 2.

For me its a little like swan or pendles, i still think swan is the better player but if you can use the 30k get pendles.

i know i really want both aswell, but i cant drop goddard or lids and i feel about 30k short of going waters to broughton. Lets just hope when barlow and mundy comes back he goes to a shutdown role ( i dont see it hapenning though)
