Stuck in no man's land... personally I'd try to find more cash to get a premium, but out of the two I'd take Malceski because he has greater upside, Waters is given a lot more defensive jobs for the Eagles then peels off whereas Malceski seems to be allowed to play his own game... neither have a great injury record... as I said I'd look to trade up, you're in dangerous waters ;)
