Boyd will lead the Dogs back into the 8 this year, and average 125 on his way to the Brownlow. Good for 22 games too, unlike the Cats and Pies and Gazza who always seems to miss a game here and there.

boyd for me. pendles first upgrade in mids. Find it hard to hold his price all year.

I voted for Pendles but I have a gut feeling that Boyd is going to monster it up this year, i'm talking averaging 130+..
With the bulldogs over possessing game plan Boyd could come out and average 40 touches a game this year. The more he gets it the more his match points will rise.
Pendles will score well as well, but there are quality players that can take points of him.
Boyd could be the big POD for you.

MC

Boyd has questionable disposal efficiency, whereas for Pendles that issue is close to non-existant. Remember this is SC, not DT. 40 touches isn't worth squat if half of them head to the opponents etc. Cheap touches aren't rewarded as highly either.

FonFatty

I know what ur saying but in most cases there is not much discrepancy in scores between both comps. If Boyd hypothetically scored 172 DT points do you think his SC score will be less than 100 if he was going @ 45% efficiency? I don't think so.

boyd needs 40 touches to go 130 and he only gets them about half the time, but i think you can do better than both at this stage. who else do you have there?

upthemaidens

well think about it this way..disregarding price...
.. IF lets say Boyd can UP his avg. from last year by 5 points
and pendles DROPS his avg. by 5 points..  pendles still will have a better average(going by last years averages)
