I have been a fan of malceski since 2010 when he killed it for me, he looks great in the nab and is named on the wing round 1 and i have been messing around with my team for a while and i think i have it down to 2 combinations in my backline.

option 1: Goddard, Shaw, Lids, Waters, Hargreave, Clarke, Ellis (Bugg, Morris/Spurr)

Option 2: Goddard, Lids, Broughton, Waters, Malceski, Ellis  than one of the follwing 3 on the field Bugg, Morris, Spurr

i have tried to squeeze money out of my other lines but that stuffs up my structrue, the only thing i can do is in option 2 go swan to pendles than spurr to clarke, but im not sure

Goddard, Shaw, Lids, Broughton, Mohr, Ellis, Bugg
Shaw, Brennan/Morris

it does work out but im really looking for option 1 and 2, i see the value in the likes of hargreave, malceski, waters etc...

Mr.Craig

Pretty lineball between those two options. Depends on if you think Hargarve's return is the real deal or not. Malceski may turn out to be a safer pick. Probably a good POD as well.

Option 2.

suprised by the poll, i thought i was going to get alot of flack for picking eski. The only thing annoying me about option 2 is no clarke and there is that little thought in the back of my mind that going broughton over shaw could be a huge mistake.

But hte only way i can fix one of those is swan to pendles or boyd to gibbs.

is waters really that good? he is the dearest I'd consider eski and hargrave together ? for me hargrave is a lock unless howard is named on the field round 1, then i have to make that decision, and its between eski and conca for that other spot where you have waters.

If waters is that good, i think eski can outscore hargrave as he is in a DT friendlier role, but the dogs will get a lot of ball in defence and seem determind to use it like the hawks this season...

I would if that was my choices.

However, I am not going to pick Eski so won't be doing that.

Option one for safety BUT if you want a little more risk and uniqueyness go option 2.

I reckon option 1 but Good Luck if you go with 2
