With Clifton not being named and Shiel getting a game before him, I've decided to get someone with super JS.

It really has screwed my team over.

That player is Coniglio, the only realy way I can get him is to downgrade either Golby, not keen. Or downgrade a premium back.

Shaw or Carrazzo? I'm thinking Andy C...

Down to who? Heppell, Broughton, Hanley or Butler. I love Sammy Butler and his scoring ability, but can I really take two risks with Golby as well? No way.

Boyd, Ablett, Redden, Selwood, Coniglio & Pffeifer (Shiel & Magnar)

Goddard, Deledio, Shaw, ?, Golby, Hargrave & Morris.

In the spirit of 'Who dares wins' Windigo, I'd bring in Beau Waters for Shaw.
Of your choices though, it'd be Heppell in for Shaw (to maintain your bye structure).

yep i'd definitely do that. Downgrade to either Broughts or Waters. Conigs will be worth the extra $$$$

Or alternatively, grab Shiel in place of Coniglio. Shiel will have great JS, although may be vested this weekend.

I'd think twice about dropping Shaw.  Collingwood are relying on him to fill the void left by Neon, as Marty Clark is looking not quite up to it. I think Shaw is the defensive "go to" man and should score bigtime this year.  Unless things change this year, Carrots will spend half his time in tagging roles and he does it so well it's unlikely to change.

Do the smart thing and go Clifton to Shiel. Problem solved, no need to downgrade anyone else.

Out of the options you listed I think Broughton is the best pick.

But I do agree with the people saying you should get Shiel.

I just don't think you should start him this week as he is likely to get the red vest (subbed off) to help with his conditioning.

I'm actually thinking of getting rid of Shaw for Carrots, but that make 4 prem defenders with that bye... so I can't  :'(

I was looking at pretty much the same thing. Shiel vs McDonald vs Coniglio, but coniglio requires heppel to become hargrave.

I think you'll find that if you read just a bit more of my first post you'll see that I have Shiel on bench.  ;)
