DEF: Goddard, Waters, Conca, Golby, Hargrave, Guthrie, Clarke, (Ellis), (Bugg)

MID: Pendlebury, Ablett, Thompson, Judd, Cornes, Pfeiffer, (Shiel), (Magner)

RUCK: Kreuzer, Giles, (Redden), (Stephenson)

FWD: Franklin, Goodes, Fyfe, Kennedy, Cloke, Martin, Petrie, (Smith), (Dickson)

You probably only have 8 premium players that will be keepers in your side. That number needs to be 12-14.

Cornes is not a good choice for DT, he isn't going to go premium and is too expensive for a mid pricer. Save 215k by picking Coniglio instead. Kennedy's been injured, I wouldn't be taking a risk on him, downgrade to a rookie such as (ironically) Kennedy from GWS. Despite his good game last week I don't think Petrie is worth it so consider Dangerfield who is priced 80k cheaper should score about the same this year. After that you should have about 580k to play with...

The backline is mid priced mayhem, consolidate Conca and Golby into a premium/rookie combo like Deledio/ Townsend, Smedts or Wilkes. Upgrade Judd to a super premium like Boyd, Rockliff or Selwood. Upgrade Kreuzer to Cox, Mumford, Sandilands or McEvoy.

I think those changes might improve your side a bit. :)

Mr Craig has nailed it all pretty well.

Backs: Guthrie and golby need to go, and Waters should be upgraded to a Delidio or Scotland
Mids: Move Cornes off for a rookie, I would prefer Mcdonald to Coniglio - Leave Judd
Rucks: If you are going with three rookies, then your number 1 has to be a super premium, Cox or Mumford IMO
Fwds:Kennedy most likely will not play rnd1 - so move him off. I would suggest Dangerfield. Downgrade Petrie to a rookie for the cash you will need to upgrade Kreuzer

Too many Midfield stars, drop one or even two to rookies. That'll give money to upgrade others like Kreuzer and Petrie.
