mid/fwd link necessary?

Just wondering if going with a mid/fwd mpp link (e.g. pfeiffer & d.smth) is worth it considering i could get a better rookie but it would mean sacrificing the link

Pick the best player possible for each position, if equal the DPP better.  IMO rokkie DPP's are better as they allow you to balance the team as premo DPP's will always play
