SC basic info needed.

Hi, I have a mate coming over this arvo to do his SC team.

He played last year but did badly, problem is he doesn't want my input. Fair enough, It might be his smartest move of the year. ;D

He tends to go for horrible mid pricers that he likes as footballers.

Anyway my question is can some one point me towards articles/threads (anywhere) that explain basic strategies like Guns & rookies etc.
