Too short in the midfield? Can it work for the league?

Playing in cash leagues so pushing for the league win not overall, happy to start moderately and come home with a wet sail. Is this too weak in the midfield do people think? That's where the cash is going to be made and I want to earn plenty.

Gimme a verdict, am I crazy? Other option is to downgrade Shaw and Birchall to Dempsey and Hargrave, then upgrade a rookie mid to Sam Mitchell.
