Having looked at all the SC scores for the preseason on the HS website, I've got 2 mid-priced related questions - 1 fwd, 1 back.

Forward: Jack Riewoldt vs. Patrick Dangerfield?
I currently have Danger, who has moved into the mids and had a good preseason, but JRoo has a history of scoring better over an entire season & smashed the preseason (admittedly 1 of those games was against the Giants) - basically the same price, but who is the better option?

Defence: Brian Lake vs. Nick Malceski?
I've also got Lake, who's had a reasonably consistent preseason, whereas Eski has racked up 2 tons to better Lake's ave. by 21ppg - Eski will cost another $80k, but if he's going to turn into a premium & Lake's not then it's worth to me - the question is, who is more likely to be a prem defender by seasons end?

1. tough one...jroo is more unique and is a proven scorer unlike danger BUT danger will play in the mids which means he will be more consistent than a key forward...so danger :)

2. tough one...ive gone eski simply because i think he will be a premium back by the end of the year, providing he stays on the park of course...there are risks with both of these but eski has greater upside IMO :)

Yep I agree both tough choices. I'd be looking at J.Roo more in the second half of the season, when the Tigers have a much easier draw. He'll come home with a wet sail I reckon. I'm looking at either N.Roo or Danger.
As for the other Jayman pretty much said it all. Eski bigger injury risk but more likely to be a prem. I may get both.
