All good, but could you please expand on your comments. Just naming people diesn't help one bit.

shnooshp

lol, furry muff.

spurr- is he rookie listed?
sandilands- turf toe, will miss games. lyon will develop griffin and clarke.
jacobs - not worth the extra cash.
dawes - key forward, inconsistent.
smedts - smvest
kennedy - better options
kerridge - better options
hall - better options

Backs are fine. No bye issues yet but they are a'comin'.

Pendle$ too much coin to start given likelihood of him dropping is high and chances of outscoring Selwood by that much seem remote. So get Selwood and wait on Pendles - buy low / sell high.

I'd prefer 3 mid guns and a change of ruck strategy.

At the moment I don't think it is likely that either of yours will be top 2. Surely Cox is a must and almost the same for Mummy. Why not get one of them, Mummy preferably (see comments about Pendle$) and Cox later.

Dawes - down up down.. NO no to the yo yo.

Rookies look fine.

Just another way of looking at it.

Good luck.

Spurr: I'm not sure
Sandilands: I disagree. Turf Toe was last year. ;)
Jacobs: Gonna boost the average this year, not sure what you mean by extra cash. ??? Would would you prefer?
Dawes: Cloke was Key Position and scored well, so does Franklin. He played well last year until getting injured
Smedts: Who to?
Kennedy: Same deal.
Kerridge: And again
Hall: Once more.

Backs: Cheers, i like them myself.

Mids: Will drop to Selwood. Cheers. :)

Rucks: I may go Jacobs to Cox, but i like Jacobs shot at a big average this year.

Fwds: See above with Dawes.

Backs: I wouldn't have Spurr into your team as he is still on the Rookie list. But apart from that great Backs
Mids Excellent Midfield Priddis should score consistently well.
Rucks: Jacobs could be a good Pod so if you like him leave him in your team
Fwds: The reason i wouuld advise you not to take Dawes as he can be inconsistent so be prepared for low scores. before picking Smedts make sure he has good job security.

Overall: your team is nearly you just need to make some minor changes to your team you will find the right balance. i give your team a 7.5/10

PowerBug

Cheers, but who do i get in place of these players!?!?

Spurr and Dawes i'll take out, who comes in??

Nice but a couple of points.

Trades are invaluable and I think Ryder will cost you at least one unless he really fires.

Rucks - either set and forget or 3 rookies.

Jacobs is OK but since everyone wants a piece of Giles and Cox, he will give you a donut in round 11. Why not go Cox now with 3 rookies and see how they fare. If they can last until R12, get Jacobs then. McEvoy OK but Mummy better.

B - no Lids is fine by me. He will be cheaper later. Mark my words.

If Clarke gets games he will be good money and your rookies are A1.

Mids - Pendles a lot of money. 4 here takes form your forward line and means you miss out on a potentially higher scoring rookie for money later. All a matter of choice as some prefer to start like this.

I think you have to have one of the Dockers in your front half. Fyfe for me. Ditch Sidebottom for Fyfe or Pav.

Rookies are good again.

Can't see Smedts or Hall making anything like Ledger, Clifton, C Smith, Coniglio, Caddy etc.

Your call.

Good luck.

PowerBug

Cheers, changed:

Pendles to Swan
Judd to C.Smith
Smedts to Fyfe
Ryder to Leuenberger

tor01doc

Like those changes.

I think Smith will score more than Smedts and have better JS.

Leue will outscore Ryder a lot.

Last year Pendles on fire outscored Swan by only 8 per game. He'll drop.

Judd and Fyfe - much of a muchness and Fyfe forward is very handy in SC.

Nice.

PowerBug

Added in colours for the byes too. Only problem is my midfield, which fields 4 Rd 11 bye rookies.

tor01doc

Very pretty.

Regarding byes in the mids.

By then you should have -

11 - Priddis and ? Thomspon / Rockliff/ Boyd / A Swallow
12 - Swan and ? Pendles / Selwood / Watson
13 - Ablett and ? Murphy / Mitchell / NDS

You will get a donut or two, but these can be minimised with thoughtful rather than dogmatic trading when rookies come to milking.

Good luck.
