Which young gun deserves my M6-8 spot. I am tied between Clifton,Smith and Ledger but Miles has been a popular choice. Thanks

How about Pfeiffer?!

He has the added bonus of MPP, can he score as highly as Clifton/Smith/Ledger/Shiel...

you would have him in your forwards ??? mpp isnt that important this year compared to last.

Agreed, MPP isn't as important as last year, but it will be very handy over the course of the season, and quite important in rounds 11-13.

On that basis, I am thinking of having Pfeiffer in my midfield over the likes of Miles or Ledger, purely on the basis that their scoring estimates seem relatively even, but the MPP might save me a donut at some point.

Without Pfeiffer, I have no MPP options in my midfield!

by tge time the byes come around i would have already traded oit most my rookie mids and if i think i need mpp say hello to zorko or treloar. the byes are half the season away by then you would have made plenty of trades.

With regards to MPP, it will be just as important but in a different way. With the new trading system having MPP links are a must. It allows you to trade out a defender, move an MPP to defense and bring in a Midfielder. I've been playing NRL supercoach which has the same rules, and is taking people a while to get used to the new trading system. I have found out the hard way you need MPP links to keep trading options open.

Maybe, but that is quite a risk.

Common thoughts on price rises are that rookies typically need at least 7 games to reach close to their potential top value.

Zorko might not work with everyone's plans, as he is predicted to be back by round 3 or 4.  If he has already gone up in price by end of round 7, then no point downgrading to him...

On the face of it I agree than MPP was more important last year, but that said, it shouldn't be completely discounted this year...

I would go with either Ledger or Smith. Both might be the sub so that is a problem but if it is for a bench midfield role they should both be good options.
