I'm not totally convinced Smedts will get the game time we want
Tommy Walsh I would steer clear of as he has not impressed me.  A long way to go IMO

All good, well balanced side - but the rookies as you said.

Clarke hasn't impressed, didn't play in last game for pies. Recon he'll spend time learning for a while with the seconds. l've gone for bower, was ok a couple of years ago before injury and should get plenty of game time.

Zorko and shiels have injury concerns and have played nil pre season.
Walsh hasn't done much. Kennedy or Smith from gws look ok.
