Gday guys, first post here for me this year. Was nearly going to give this year a miss but couldnt resist :( Sad i know! haha

My dilema at the moment is what to do with the rucks (as with everyone else!), which directly affects my mids... Below is the current line up and ill throw my ideas down the bottom...

Ruck
Mumford, Giles   - Redden, Stephenson.

Mid
Pendles, Boyd, Gaz Ablett, Selwood, Dangerfield, Shiel  -    Coniglio, Mcdonald.

I was tihnking it would be a better option to put Maric as number 2 ruck and change Dangerfield to a rookie mid? (maximum $207k to spend).

So it appears your rucks and mids prems are the same mine. Don't put Dangerfield in mids, might as well put D.Smith in centres?

researching the potentials in the mids before making a decision. Downgrading Dangerfield, who i was never really keen on in the first place, may allow me to bring in Swan... Have D. Smith in the forwards...

I dont think Dangerfield was realistically going to stay there, i have to see him play this year before putting him in, been burnt before but im a crows fan so always get sucked in!

But regardless of the fact, i think my priority is the ruck combo. Maric may pull well and have good JS.
I reckon for the price Mummy is hes the best choice for my #1 ruck...

Any other opinions guys??? Appreciate a bit of help before locking anything in...

I used giles as my 2nd and so have many others , free's up alot of cash to use elsewhere  ;) , and danger should defently be used in fwds agree with whatlez and use d.smith there

If you have Smith in your best 22 it makes absolutely no difference.

If Dangerfield made the team i would prefer him in the forwards, but again, it doesnt make too much difference becuase smith is dpp...

???

Smith is dual-position.  Danger is dual-position.  It makes no difference.

But there is better mids, compared to forwards.

You're going to have one of them taking up a midfield spot anyway.
